Location: Wirral only

Have you ever wondered what makes a machine a robot, or how robots can sense and respond to their environment? In The Robot Show, you’ll explore the fascinating world of robotics. Discover the essential components of a robot, learn how sensors work, and see how robots process information to perform amazing tasks!

Learning Objectives

  • Understand what defines a robot and how it differs from other machines.
  • Learn about the role of sensors in helping robots perceive their surroundings.
  • Explore how robots process information and use algorithms to make decisions.
  • Discover how robots execute actions using actuators like motors.
  • Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills by analysing robotic systems.
  • Imagine how to create your own robots using everyday items.
